All sponsorship and exhibition options are described in detail in the brochure. Different sponsorship packages as well as single sponsorship and exhibition items are offered. Interested companies may choose one of the pre-defined sponsorship packages and add any sponsorship items, if desired. Single sponsorship and exhibition options may also be booked.

Sponsors that do not book one of the main sponsorship packages but make a final contribution matching the sponsorship amount of a specific sponsorship level (platinum, gold, silver or bronze) by mix-and-match of single sponsorship and exhibition items will be assigned to the corresponding sponsorship level.

All sponsors will be acknowledged with a logo, a 100-word profile and website link on the conference website and in the conference app. Additionally, all sponsors will be listed in the on-site break slides. Exhibitors will be listed with the company name and booth number on the conference website, in the conference app and on the on-site break slides.

Sponsorship item and exhibition space allocation will be made according to the sponsorship level and application date. Priority will be given to platinum, gold, silver and bronze sponsors (in that order).

To participate in ISEE 2026 as a sponsor or exhibitor, please fill in the application form. Once submitted, you will receive further information from the conference organization.

Please note that submitting the application does not guarantee the acceptance as a sponsor or exhibitor of the conference. The hosting society, ISEE, will review each application and must approve of the application.
